Update & manage customer data, interactions & feedback accurately in the system.
Resolve customer issues & requests promptly by following company processes.
Share insights & customer feedback with relevant teams to improve our services.
Deliver excellent service quality to achieve company goals & customer satisfaction targets.
Analyze & solve problems quickly and accurately.
Stay adaptable and resilient when handling change in a fast-moving environment.
Follow up diligently on customer requests and maintain good relationships.
